• Responsible for gathering business requirements

• Liaising with consulting partners to build solutions when needed

• Understand customer needs and create a solution

• Responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying solutions

• Responsible for providing weekly project status updates to the project manager

• Responsible for raising risks and concerns and finding solutions and mitigations

• Developing documentation for handoff and training to Systems Operations team

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday solutions and other HR systems

• Schedule and drive detailed meetings, requirements, and testing

• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement new modules and process improvements designed to enhance user experience and process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience configuring Workday preferred.

• Experience with other HCM Cloud solutions like Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System like Avature and Saba is also preferred.

• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred.

• Understand the cutting-edge technology and know how to apply in HR.

• Design-thinking mindset.

• Understand how to improve user experience.

• Deep knowledge of HR business.

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

• Self-motivated and excellent learning ability.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and project leadership skills including proven track record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.

• Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross- functional and global teams.

• Good command of both spoken and written English.
