Responsibilities:
Lead the Beijing-plant-made or OEM products regulatory compliance starting from raw material approval, review and approval, label and claims to customers review, work with quality, procurement, operation, supply chain, and so on., to achieve this target, to drive business readiness
Complete the customer regulatory documentation for all Beijing-plant-made or OEM products, in major compound, jams and powder solutions (flavor ad hoc), delivery to commercial team in high quality and efficiency, within the committed deadline, e.g. varies statements, nutrition profiling, questionnaires, additional SPECs, and MSDS/SDS/Label
Play as a key regulatory coordinator for cross country or continental customer requests, including producing out of China targeting in China market, and producing within China Beijing plant targeting out-of-China markets
Steward multiple internal functions to secure varies operational licenses within schedule, including support developing enterprise standards, SC permits, Halal and Kosher certificates, and etc. to fulfil business demands
To work with Beijing authorities or National authorities for Beijing-plant-made or OEM products oriented regulatory related matters, build up the partnership with key opinion leaders at the city level and national level
Food safety related regulations identification, prevention, understanding, interpretation and training to multiple functions
Take part food safety committee to support internal food safety risk analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Food, Chemical, Nutrition or Pharmaceutical Master degree.
More than 8 years quality and regulatory working experience in flavor, food, nutrition or related industry
More than 5 years team management skills
More than 2 years working in production sites
Strong cross function communication and presentation skills, good connections with related key regulatory authorities would be good plus.
Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
Based in Beijing plant
